JB TRIP
Today is my 1st day of my AL !!!! and I'm going out of SG. wahaha, sound as if I m going to somewhere far far away but the fact in, I m just going JB, but still out of SG right? And I believe it's really hard to plan for an oversea getaway with your colleagues, especially when u all are from the same batch, same ward...So, I think there r only afew places which u and your colleagues can go out of sg, and the only place I can thought of is JB.
We had our lunch at the secret recipe there, and it was the worst and disappointing meal ever.
Tan xinyi's meatball Spaghetti , the sauce isn't enough to cover all the Spaghetti after mixing, which turned out super dry.
Lee xinyi's. Only her dish which is still acceptable.
Mine macaroni cheese. 0/10 seriously !!! Super bitter, even both xinyi tasted and agreed. I not sure was it overcooked or just something wrong with the ingredients but it just taste awful.
Lavender bread shop is one of the most famous bread stall in city sq mall at JB. I bought some breads home too.
Took bus from the bus interchange to KSL mall.

Pasar malam besides KSL mall..It was damn crowded, so hug your bag infront of u.
I bought alot of baos back to SG. Malaysian baos r just so diff from SG baos, they definetly taste better, especially baos from Ipoh. Mummy never failed to buy bao back when she went Ipoh.
Took cab from KSL city to San Low seafood for dinner, cab fare was RM 8.00 without running the cab metre.
Our 3 expensive huge prawns which costs us RM25.
This marked the end of my AL DAY 1.

DINNER WITH 2 XINYI s.
Went Siglap for yong tau fu, damn yummy !!!
Then, cheesecake cafe at East Coast Road. It's a MUST TRY cheesecake , if not u will regret for life. The ambience in this cafe is great. It is cosy and it's Victorian decor is really beautiful.
So happy with their cheesecake !!!
Dropped by Mel's Place Bar and Bistro to chill and for a drink.
And we ordered a super thin pizza other than drinks.
The after effect of drinking too much...
A sudden craving for ice cream put us to our next and last stop of the day - at ice cream chef, at upper east coast road.

STAND CLEAR , PRESS SHOCK .
My first time seeing my patient got shock from the defibrillator paddles.
Well,another busy day in the ward, running up n down like a crazy woman.
Code blue, 4 admissions, 1 AOR , 1 transfer in , changes after changes, n my antibiotics list just go on and on and on and on and on and on,like a never ending...that's how team 3 is like.
Admissions always come during the most busiest time of your shift, ever. I hate when they come when I m serving medications, and with relatives asking alot of questions, there's when your head starts to spin, worst if u r NBM or only on clear feeds and NPU during shift.
2 GS patients just admitted going for op, I dun like !!!
Irritating patient will seriously ruined your mood for the whole day , but still, I have to attend to him, even thou I got rejected, scoldings, until I just wished to dig a hole n hide inside.
I am not competent enough, my working pace is so slow but I can't afford to be that slow anymore if not I will not survive in this ward, I will die or suffer from depression.
Aisyah and I met after work n bought and shared gummies, it was good. Good company and good food = stress free.

Catching up session
Haven been catching up with gaya3 for many many many months!!!! Gosh, miss her lots man. Her plan to go New Zealand next year is still on and when she described to me how her mum( working as a nurse there) n sister r doing so fine there right now, really made me so envy. Life as a nurse there is definitely much much better than here. I always dream of going NZ to squeeze cow's milk, it was my dream, not sure why, but I would love doing so, if I ever had a chance.
We had our dinner at Little India, together with Sameera, who is a teacher now and some of her friends, who r teachers too. I think teachers are cool man, that was my ambition when I was young.
Bought my one year supply of monthly contact lens, finally. 12 pairs plus one free pair plus one free solution for $140. Consider quite cheap. 1 pair cost about $10 plus?

Japanese buffet- Shiok ar !!!
Lee xinyi is on AL now, Tan xinyi is on night tonight and I m off today. We had a sinful lunch buffet at ri ben chun at tampines swimming complex.
My favorite Eclair :)))
Meeting them is not easy as we are always on different shift but still, we will find time to go out together and chill and have a good meal and talk things out coz this is what we need badly. Work had been so stress lately, we need encouragement, we need to be humble, we need to know after listening certain things, one ear in, one ear out, we need to learn to smile n be crazy and forget whatever bad incident that happened during work after work, we still have more skills to learn.
2 more staffs r leaving , everyone who left can't take the stress level in the ward, even those senior staffs. haiz...what is happening to my ward? if only we have lesser patient(44), if only the pace can be slower abit, if only the stress level can reduce abit, I believe alot of staffs will choose to stay.
I'm so glad that I have colleagues like them:)
